1.1 No Refunds
All payments made to Tres Client Acquisition Pte Ltd (operating under the brand name Intellia) are strictly non-refundable. This applies to setup fees, monthly or annual subscription fees, add-on purchases, coaching, consulting, mentoring, sprint, programme fees, and any other charges incurred in connection with your use of Intellia.
This applies regardless of attendance, level of implementation, results achieved, or decisions made by third-party platforms regarding your accounts.
1.2 Loss of Access
If your subscription is cancelled or expires, you will immediately lose access to all Intellia services and data, including but not limited to: funnels, CRM pipelines, automations, email/SMS campaigns, and support channels.
