Refund Policy

1. General Policy

1.1 No Refunds


All payments made to Tres Client Acquisition Pte Ltd (operating under the brand name Intellia) are strictly non-refundable. This applies to setup fees, monthly or annual subscription fees, add-on purchases, and any other charges incurred in connection with your use of Intellia.

1.2 Loss of Access
If your subscription is cancelled or expires, you will immediately lose access to all Intellia services and data, including but not limited to: funnels, CRM pipelines, automations, email/SMS campaigns, and support channels.

1.1 Refunds and Cancellation

All payments for Intellia or for services provided via Intellia are are non-refundable and unless otherwise stated at checkout, payments for Intellia are processed in USD. You can cancel your monthly contract (purchased directly via theintellia.com and not as part of any coaching, consulting, or mentoring program) at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

If you decide to cancel your Intellia membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the Intellia ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; Intellia funnel designs, CRM pipelines, automations, and support resources. You will be removed from the Intellia Support Group.

Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your Intellia subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected].

Invoices for Intellia can be requested at any time by emailing [email protected].

1.2 Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment

An Intellia user is responsible for paying all sums due to Intellia in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the Intellia user to use any of the services available through the service provided by Intellia does not relieve the Intellia user of their payment obligations under these Terms.

Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

2. Free Trial / Free Access

2.1 Trial Availability


From time to time, Intellia may offer a free trial or free access period (“Trial”). Trial availability is not guaranteed and may vary in duration (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, or such other period stated at the time of sign-up).

2.2 Eligibility
Trials are offered at Intellia’s sole discretion and may be limited to new users only. Tres Client Acquisition Pte Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, shorten, or extend any Trial without prior notice.

2.3 Automatic Billing After Trial
At the end of the stated Trial period, unless you cancel before the expiration of the Trial, your designated payment method will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.

2.4 No Refunds on Trials
If you do not cancel before the Trial period ends, the subscription fee will be processed and is strictly non-refundable, even if you did not access or use the service during the Trial.

3. Subscription Terms & Automatic Payments

3.1 Payment Responsibility
You are responsible for all subscription fees and taxes associated with your chosen plan (monthly, annual, or otherwise).

3.2 Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorize Tres Client Acquisition Pte Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

3.3 Updating Payment Details
You must ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of your Intellia account.

4. Access to Intellia Ecosystem & Intellectual Property

4.1 Access Rights
With your membership to the Intellia platform, you will receive access to our exclusive Intellia digital assets, training materials, CRM pipelines, and funnel-related tracking tools. This specifically includes, but is not limited to: Intellia funnel designs, CRM emails, automations, and Intellia support resources at no extra cost.

4.2 Ownership & Restrictions

We retain the trademark and copyrights on Intellia funnel designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within Intellia, exclusively for current Intellia members only.

This means that everything inside the Intellia ecosystem is non-transferable to any other ecosystem or outside funnel builder. The use of Intellia training materials outside of Intellia membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the Intellia support calls and resources are for current members only.

If you decide to cancel your Intellia membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the Intellia ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; Intellia funnel designs, automations, and support resources.

Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund and may subject you to legal action.
